Federal Bank is the fourth largest bank in India in terms of capital base and can easily boast of a Capital Adequacy Ratio which is one of the highest in the industry. HDFC, a pioneer and leader in housing finance in India, has a wide network of 298 offices catering to over 2,400 towns & cities spread across the country. Its stock price is clear reflection of the health of the economy. If we look at the technical chart of 2001 we can very well predict the range in which it’s moving. The blue line depicts the long term support which is round 610 and it was breached today with a hammer candle. Stock price did not breach this price on closing basis which suggests there is a lot of interest in the stock at lower levels.
